1. Website Use

2. Estimates and Service Agreements

All painting services are provided pursuant to a written estimate or service agreement issued by Color Up Painting LLC.

Estimates are valid for the time period stated within the estimate. Pricing, scope, materials, and scheduling are governed solely by the signed agreement.

In the event of any conflict between website content and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Scope of Work

Color Up Painting LLC provides residential repaint services. Work is limited to the scope defined in the signed agreement.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, services do not include:

• Structural repairs

• Rot or substrate replacement

• Lead paint abatement

• Mold remediation

• Engineering or building code upgrades

Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require a written change order and additional charges.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Payment terms are defined in the written estimate or service agreement.

Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreement may result in project delays or suspension of work.

5. Warranty

Color Up Painting LLC offers a limited workmanship warranty as described in the signed service agreement.

The warranty applies only to workmanship and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Structural movement

• Moisture intrusion

• Substrate failure

• Manufacturer product defects

Warranty terms and conditions are governed solely by the written agreement provided at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Up Painting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services provided.

Total liability related to any service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Color Up Painting LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within New Hampshire.
